I was originally going to go pretty complex using Re:flex and the whole kit, but decided not to because the source was already small and blurry on some frames. So everything is just Bulge/Liquify. The only tricky part was keeping the arms and hands out of the effect and replacing the underlying layer with still when the arm crosses over.
