The image was made awhile ago, but I remember this being me messing with control net and using a base image. And after making the other two, I learned what to look out for with inpainting and how it comes up when animating in after effects later.
As a last note... you know how many iterations I had to run through to get it to generate good hands?! That's a real thing in stable diffusion, hands...
Taking a bit more than intended, but not an unwelcome one

As with all the recent things, this took more time than I wanted but I finally finished it. From the arms that cross over to the very busy background, there was just a ton of cutouts to mask out. The shadows/highlights are pretty good here, still not perfect but overall I'm happy with them. So the entire torsos are actually recreated, so the skin texture, lighting, shadows, tone, etc all had to be recreated for both directions. Originally the left girl is pretty flat, and the girl on the right is not flat. I wanted to go much bigger, but I ran into an issue where the left lady twists her body too much, so going bigger made it much more apparent it was fake.
Liquify, Liquify everywhere. I really didn't want to rotoscope
The problem with using liquify near the edges is that you end up creating gaps on the edges. So you either can't use it near the edges or you have to create the background. I thought it was clever, but I used an echo effect and put it behind the original frame. Basically let me work with both the last known good frame and upcoming recent frames near the edges so when I used the liquify effects it didn't create holes.
How would Milena stay on top? By finding others and adding them to herself.

This was going to have a lot more motion in it, but after effects did not appreciate the puppet effect and kept throwing an error at me. Wasn't going to argue with it.
Sorry for being gone. I started this a long time ago and just kept slowly working on it. This is the reason I don't pick ones with hair or hands that come near the chest, and this one has both. There's so much going on and so many warping effects it took 4 hours to render out. Hopefully this year I'll be able to make more things, but who knows.
It's hard to tell what exactly is happening, but if you watch closely you'll spot all 3 transfers.

I think this is one of the only things I've done that didn't have breast expansion in some way.
Originally I started on an entirely different video, but it got canned because it wasn't working. That was a bit discouraging, but I ran across this video and decided to go with it. I made some mistakes that ended up being really frustrating, like using warp stabilizer and rendering that out because then I couldn't unstablize it to restore the video back. The video itself is wider, but not taller, so if the cropping seems weird you're not missing much.
The 3d effect is pretty cool, it's two displacement map effects that both are split in half using different color channels. That way you can basically zoom in and create a 3d effect if you tie the effects to the camera. Subtle movements only though, can't take it too far.
"Tired of every comment being about Cammie's tits, Sam and Tabbie gave her a tank top that would always show the breast size of the wearer. As the top pulsed and sucked down Cammie's breasts, it pushed that very size into Tabbie and Sam. The top's text changed from 'huge' to 'big', no longer did Cammie's chest command the front of the trio. Another chug changed the label to 'small' and an equal gulp into the waiting tits of Sam and Tabbie. Finally, as Cammie watched in disbelief, the remaining bits of her breasts fled out from the previously stretched top, leaving her flat, and transferred to her newly endowed companions."
I got a trial of AE 2019 to try out the Mocha plugin, it's much more stable and easy to use within AE. I was going to try and use content aware fill, but I realized I didn't want it to grab from surrounding areas so that was scrapped. What I ended up doing was creating frames to use as sources and then morphing according to the masks Mocha produced. Way more work then I set out to do.
So the left girl originally doesn't have a large chest (in case you can't tell), so those are edited in. The girl on the right did have a large chest, so I had to edit them out.
As for the butts, both were big, so I had to edit them smaller in both cases, just at different times. Left had her's reduced, while right girl had her's un-reduced.
Pro-tip: Blogger doesn't host mp4 files like these, so they're already hosted on gfycat and imgur.
The amount of masks on this thing is absurd, many are being created via expressions too. The 3D camera tracking is pretty awesome, that's how I did the spell shaped rings and tracking on the target girl. Originally I wanted to have all 3 girls walking in the back to be targets, but after masking out the first, I decided 1 would be enough. I really wish this was a bit longer and you could have seen a before and after of the girl walking away, but it's fine this way.
I forgot how annoying Mesh Warp is to use for something like this, probably should have gone a different route. I decided to not just do a simple shrink/grow, so the perspective changes on each of them a bit, like the shoulders lining up and the background arms changing alignment. Probably the best touch was the shoes though, that really sells it.
I spent a long time transitioning the ages in Photoshop and wanted a way to show off the details, but I think that ended up being more of a distraction.
There is a whole image set with pictures like these and I wanted to make a whole story, but after the time it took to adjust just one image I lost interest. So use your imagination!

This morph was the start of me wanting to switch away from imgur. I don't know what their server's problem was with some of my gifs, but they started to refuse to animate properly.
