Sunlight

Not really a fan of how it turned out, but using the puppet tool is faster than using paths. I don't have experience picking the right spots with the tool.
One thing I did that doesn't really show up, but always bothered me when doing drawn things is the line art. I removed the line art around the chest, then put it back in after the animation that way the line art doesn't increase as her chest does.

Disappointed

I wanted to do this one because the blur at the bottom looked fun to animate, then it ended up being not really noticeable at all, oh well. I animated the chest twice, this was the larger of the two and I'm glade I went with it. The hand does animate a bit, but I got tired of painting in the background so I didn't do much of anything else. The bikini was a tricky setup because I wanted the strings to move correctly, but turned out you just rely on puppet pins and it just works.

Rance

Confidence abound causes bouncing around!

If you didn't see, I broke the animation into a first half and second half as well so those are available. Also, in the downloads area on Mega I created webm versions that a <2mb (file names start with Rance).

I kind of pieced this together, the scenes don't actually tie together this way so if you're wondering what's up with some of continuity, that's why. I'm sorry the size of the breasts isn't the most consistent thing, but hopefully it's not too distracting.

You'd think this would have been less work, but no. First, 23.976 is the frame rate rather than 24, why is this important? Because the animators only animate like every other frame or sometimes every third frame, so despite the animation looping because of the dropped frame from 23.976 to 24 the loop breaks so it's not a nice pattern. Additionally, the camera pans at the full frame rate, so I had to first stitch every scene together, which is harder in video I'll tell you that, then morph, then put the camera movement back in. I'm glad this one is over, I was losing patience.

OTA Upgrade

There was too much work to redraw everything - I am not an artist so that part took forever and still is pretty bad in parts. However, the animating was pretty solid. I rigged up the body and arm+phone using the new advanced puppet tool, which has the ability to "scale" a pin. This scaling makes it look almost like it's moving forwards and backwards in a scene, which is what I used on her hand and the phone to tilt it.

Almost everything was rigged to something else, so changes were pretty seamless. The biggest challenge was the phone display... since it has to move like the reverse facing camera would show. So after the phone was rigged, I used the position of it to move the Camera that was pointed to the little display comp. That entire composition was actually a 3D scene that moved correctly, it's very cool. The downside was because I didn't redraw tons of stuff, I couldn't move the camera very much so the effect is largely hidden because the movement is so minor.

I added a lot of stupid details, like the reflection of her face the phone because it's black, or her finger slightly lifts off the phone for a second which causes a tiny bit of rotation on the phone. Dumb stuff.

Season

As promised, here are the .psd file and .aep file if you want to pick it apart. They were made with PS2018 and AE2018, so it is highly possible older version will not correctly open the files, but I'm not sure. The .psd file is pretty self explanatory, but the .aep file is how I just work. I did most of the work in the "Assemble" composition, then did some of the final touches in Assemble 2 & 3. I use expressions... a lot, so if you look at something and are thoroughly confused, look at the expressions to see what it's doing.

The .aep file references the .psd file so you'll need both - putting them in the same place should let AE auto-find the .psd file, but in the event it doesn't it will yell at you saying it can't find 10 things. You can point the 10 layers to the .psd file within AE in the Projects area under the e_hon12LI_A Layers folder. Right click on the layer, replace footage, file - then select the .psd file. I don't know if you'll need to repeat this for each one or not.

Hataraku Otona

Took some time off and worked on this every once and awhile.

Because it's 25 seconds it can't be hosted of gfycat... streamable it is. Also, this CG set isn't available on e-hentai, but it is on ex-hentai. I just wanted to try out Duik 15, but because of the way I cut things out I ended up not being able to use Duik for IK, just for creating 'bones' on the puppet pins. Enjoy!

As a side note, I am starting to consider getting into either the Unreal Engine or Unity for development. To work on what? I don't know, but I think it'd be pretty cool.

I spent a lot longer on this than I originally had, but finishing it kind of became a priority to end the madness. If the moving bothers you, watch the stationary version instead. I can't decide if I like moving the 'camera' or not, but here it looked nicer than not. I didn't use any script, though I probably should have.
I made this as my spidey-sense was tingling: I don't normally check 4chan for things, but I ran across the BE thread and low and behold I was mentioned. Thankfully it wasn't bad or anything, just a mention that I don't really make things anymore because of other things, etc. So, I made this to help out the thread.

I'm sorry the hands don't move, but with what I wanted to do with the particles the hands were going to be too much to handle in the time I had to work. There is a third image from this same game I want to do, but it's the hardest of the three and will certainly take a bit more creativity to complete as her breasts are tied up with a measuring tape. In the meantime, enjoy this one.

Edit: Awww... I didn't finish the hair. Oh well, not going back to fix it. Sorry about that for those of you that noticed it.

Flower Power

I wanted to try something a bit different in that the whole body would wiggle with the new weight of her chest. I ran into some obstacles, for instance I don't like to use Duick for inverse kinematics... which is just stupid on my part.

My Lovely Lover

This was really annoying to work on since it's "old". The original was in .flv file, which was using fancy image->movie code in a .swf file. Basically making a gif out of stills, but I couldn't get the stills out of the .flv nor the .swf. Shame it didn't turn out smoother since the original is buttery smooth.
I named this incorrectly the first time I made it as Baku Ane... my bad.

I finally found a way to transition between gameCG images that I kind of liked. The expression could use some work, but I don't have the patience to redraw hair.

I guess in Japan it's popular for these checkups to take measurements...?
I don't know, but hopefully you can imagine going in for one and the physician admires such a big chest, then says, naw... we need to go bigger.

Glow Rider

I liked adding the bounces, but it all the motion was done by hand which is a huge time eater. Also, the recreating the glow around her was pretty annoying. Overall though, very nice.
