Extra Bounce

I saw this loop on reddit, people were saying there wasn't much "bounce", so I wanted to see what actually was there.

I didn't actually add bounce, I just multiplied what was there. I forget how long ago it was but there was a really interesting video on youtube about amplifying motion to videos, so I tried to do a really simple version of that.

  1. I'd love to learn how to do this, but haven't been able to find anything on the topic

    1. It's an easy enough idea, but kinda hard to do. I used 3 tracking points:
      1) The sharp contrasty bit where her neck meets her chest, so bottom throat area. This gave me a good stable point to base everything off of.
      2) The pin on her chest
      3) The low cleavage corner bit of her dress.

Using the (1) point as the "no motion" starting point, calculate the distance between points (2) and (3). Then take that distance and multiply it by something, like 1.5. Put that calculation on a new point basing it off of (1). So now you've got two points, the original bounce and a multiplied bounce to tie a CC Smear to.
      That's the general idea anyway.
