Hi - I don't have any tutorials on how to edit video, like this one. It's not much different than editing a single frame, it just requires much more patience to rotoscope every frame. Because I use a lot of expressions in After Effects, and those are very specific to whatever I'm doing, creating a tutorial would be a bit much. That being said... Adobe just released a new version of After Effects with Content Aware fill, which I really want to try out and see if it's easy to use. If it is, I may create a tutorial to see how it can be leveraged.
Not to over simplify it, but the general process is: Rotoscope each breast/object separately, then use an effect to edit them. Reshape works well, or Liquify if you want to keyframe a lot, or even the Bulge effect if you want to be really lazy.
Please show me your ways!

Did you make tutorials on breast expansion with movement?
